Following are a few of the frequently asked questions put forward by clients. If these questions and answers do not explain our work or answer all your queries, please call us and we will be happy to help.

What does your service include ?

Our service starts from our first meeting. In the first meeting, in consultation with the client, we decide on suitable plants, containers to suit your look, functionality, and budget. We then deliver and install the plants free of cost. The plants are then watered, cleaned, trimmed, whether 10 or 100. Monthly replacements of sick plants are included in our rent and maintenance charges.

Is there a minimum number of plants ?

The client can start with as less as 5 plants.

Do you charge for a quote ?

‘Ankur’ does not charge for quotations. A representative from Ankur visits the office, discusses the client’s requirements and sends a quote.

How long have you been in business ?

For more than 25 years.

Do you offer design input ?

During our first consultation meeting, we discuss with the client the plant varieties suitable for their office. We can also provide plants after discussion with the client’s architect and interior designers.

Can I buy plants from you ?

Yes you can buy plants from ‘Ankur’. We not only provide a rent and maintenance service to offices, but also deal in all types of plants. If a client decides to buy plants, we can offer him a quote and deliver the required plants.

Isn't it cheaper if we just buy the plants ourselves ?

At first it may seem so, but the following factors need to be considered before deciding- Who will look after the plants? How much time does it add up to? Who has the skill, or time? How much are delivery costs? What happens if the plants start looking tired? If the plants die, who will go through the whole expense and exercise again – searching, shopping, installing ? These are some of the reasons our clients decide it’s cheaper and more convenient to call us for the ‘Rent a Plant’ package instead of buying plants.

What if we move ?

Incase a client is shifting to new premises, we shift our plants to the new premises too.
